The restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. They prepare Turkish cuisine. Several tables are available for dining in but there are no servers. Soups, salads, hot and cold appetizers, meat pies, entrees, sandwiches, wraps, beverages and desserts are available. I ordered the chicken gyro and kofte kebab platters. Both platters provided customers with generous portions. The food tasted very good and was well-prepared. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had the meat mix platter perfect for 2 and so far out of the few Turkish spots around the neighborhood by far one of the best one. We had some tea and of course their dessert. Definitely will try it again.

Choban is my go-to for a healthy lunch or dinner during a busy work week. Favorites include chicken shish kabob platter, falafel platter, and falafel pita sandwich. Portions are generous. They are nice people too! :)

Wonderful experience from start to finish! The employees were very warm from the start. The restaurant space is a bit narrow and small, but we managed situate our small family (parents and toddler) pretty decently (our son sat in a high chair). We asked for recommendations and ended up ordering the mixed grill platter and a spinach pide. Everything was freshly cooked and delicious! At the end of our meal, the employees offered us Turkish tea as the perfect way to end the big meal and digest it properly. The tea was complimentary, so I made sure to give a nice tip.
